This notice explains how we process personal data under GDPR-style principles.

2) What we collect

  • Account & profile: name, email, role, interests, goals, time zone, optionally LinkedIn/website.
  • Event data: your availability, matches assigned, meeting join times, basic engagement.
  • Communications: emails we send/you open, support messages.
  • Payment metadata: order ID, amount, currency, success/failure (Paddle processes payment details).
  • Technical: IP, device/browser info, cookies (for login/session analytics).

3) Sources

Data is collected from you (forms, email), from Paddle (payment metadata), and from service logs.

4) Purposes & legal bases

  • Provide the service (create account, match participants, run events): Contract.
  • Service emails (welcome, schedule, reminders, post-event): Contract/Legitimate interest.
  • Safety & moderation (abuse prevention, fraud checks): Legitimate interest / Legal obligation.
  • Analytics & product improvement: Legitimate interest.
  • Marketing emails (optional): Consent (you can withdraw anytime).

5) Processors & recipients

We use trusted vendors:

  • Paddle (Merchant of Record; payments & tax)
  • Supabase (database & auth)
  • Mailgun (transactional email)
  • Jitsi (video meeting infrastructure)
  • [Analytics tool, e.g., Plausible or Google Analytics]

These providers may process data in the EU/UK/US. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international transfers.

6) Retention

  • Account/profile: while active + up to 24 months after last activity (or sooner upon request).
  • Event logs: up to 24 months.
  • Emails & support: up to 24 months.
  • Payment records: per Paddle’s legal retention obligations.

7) Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time.

You can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or your local authority.

8) Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential cookies – Required for login, session management, and site security.
  • Analytics cookies – Help us understand how users interact with our platform (e.g., Google Analytics, Plausible). Used only if you consent.
  • Functional cookies – Remember your preferences (e.g., time zone, session settings).

For analytics and non-essential cookies, we request your consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent anytime by adjusting your browser settings or cookie preferences. Some features may not work without cookies.

9) Children

ON is not for children under 16. Do not register if you are under 16.
