Refund Policy

We want your beta experience to feel fair and risk-free. Because ON events are scheduled at set times and require live coordination, our policy balances flexibility with operational costs.

What your “Beta Ticket” includes

  • Access to one ON event on the scheduled date/time.
  • Up to 5 curated 10-minute 1:1 meetings.
  • Access to the post-event chat room for that event.

Refunds

You can request a full refund via Paddle if:

  • We cancel the event; or
  • You request a refund ≥24 hours before the scheduled start; or
  • You experience technical issues that prevent participation and contact us within 24 hours of the event.

No refunds for no-shows or requests made after you have completed most of the meetings, except where required by law.

Rescheduling

If you can’t attend, email theonlinenetworkingcom@gmail.com ≥24 hours before the event and we’ll offer one free reschedule to a future date (subject to availability).

How to request a refund

Email theonlinenetworkingcom@gmail.com with your order ID (from the Paddle receipt). Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access and dispute the chargeback with Paddle if the ticket was used contrary to this policy.
